Bare Hands, originally founded in 1996, is an arts nonprofit that collaborates with individuals and local communities to create immersive arts experiences and arts education programs. Our largest annual arts events are Birmingham’s Día de los Muertos festival and Birmingham Taco Fest. There are many ways to join us in our work guided by our vision of celebrating and honoring one another through creative expression building broader community and long-lasting connections.
